    The US Congress is beginning to examine the official response to Hurricane Maria, six weeks after the storm devastated the territory of Puerto Rico.

    But there are accusations they only want to hear from those who give Trump's administration a positive review and not, specifically, Carmen Cruz.

    The UN says the situation on the island remains alarming, with thousands of people without power or running water.
