Amnesty International is accusing ISIL-linked Maute fighters and Philippine government forces of committing war crimes during the five-month battle for the city of Marawi.

    Amnesty International is accusing ISIL-linked Maute fighters and Philippine government forces of committing war crimes during the five-month battle for the city of Marawi.

    More than 1,000 people were killed and a further 500,000 displaced.
