A long-awaited report on inequality in the UK will be unveiled later on Tuesday by the British government.

The Racial Disparity Audit was ordered in 2016 by Prime Minister Theresa May.

It examines how people of different races and backgrounds are treated in British society – particularly in relation to public services.

But critics are already questioning whether data alone can lead to genuine reform.

Al Jazeera's Paul Brennan reports from London.
