    It's been exactly two years since the UN adopted a resolution calling on Sri Lanka to ensure justice for victims of the civil war.

    Thousands went missing during the 30-year conflict.

    Just before arriving in New York for the UN General Assembly last month, Sri Lanka's president announced the setting up of an office to look into the disappearances.

    But critics say more needs to be done.
