Portugal and Spain hit by deadly wildfires in Hurricane Ophelia

At least 27 people have been killed in wildfires ravaging parts of Portugal. Blazes which broke out across the border in Spain have also claimed three lives.

A state of emergency has been declared as firefighters continue to battle the flames which have been worsened by Hurricane Ophelia.
