Palestinians decry Israel plan to close West Bank, Gaza borders

Israel is planning to close its borders with the Occupied West Bank and the Gaza Strip for an unusually long period. The closure, for a Jewish holiday, means no Palestinians will be allowed to cross into Israel for 11 days.

    The closure, for a Jewish holiday, means no Palestinians will be allowed to cross into Israel for 11 days.

    Palestinians say the move is collective punishment.
