The head of Kenya's electoral commission is warning that next week's election rerun may not be free and fair. Wafula Chebukati says there has been political interference in its operations.

    Wafula Chebukati says there has been political interference in its operations.

    One of his commissioners has resigned, saying it would be impossible to hold a credible rerun of August's disputed vote.
