    As Europe grapples with a massive refugee influx, aid group Doctors Without Borders (MSF) keeps watch over the dangerous sea crossing in the Mediterranean.

    Javid Abdelmoneim, a doctor with MSF, took Al Jazeera on a rescue journey on the group’s Aquarius ship.
