    A car bomb in the Somali capital has killed at least four people and wounded three, according to the interior ministry, in an attack claimed by al-Shabab.

    The ministry said the group left a car packed with explosives behind the Banadir Municipal building. It said all the dead and wounded were civilians and that no government official had been harmed.
