Refugee crisis strains resources on Greek island

Many Syrians who make it to Turkey via the Mediterranean Sea see the Greek island of Lesbos as a stepping stone to Western Europe.

But with local authorities still waiting for help from Brussels, there is little to welcome the new arrivals.
