Gang violence continues with impunity in Colombian city

Despite security measures, new report finds that violent crimes in Buenaventura often go unpunished.

Colombia’s government doubled the number of police on the streets of Buenaventura last year. But little has changed in the city, which is plagued by gang violence.

Al Jazeera’s Alessandro Rampietti reports from the port city.
