Conflict and cold take heavy toll on Mariupol

The crippling cold and ongoing violence mean residents of Ukrainian city are struggling to cope.

The Ukrainian government says it has intercepted communications which prove that Russian-backed separatists were responsible for Saturday’s attack in eastern Ukraine.

At least 30 people were killed in the port city of Mariupol.
