French intelligence lapses under spotlight

As France takes stock following the bloody attacks that left 17 people dead, questions are being asked as to how warning signs could have eluded French intelligence.
Manuel Valls, French prime minister, admitted on national television on Friday that there were intelligence failures.
Al Jazeera’s Yvonne Ndege visited places frequented by the Kouachi brothers to find out if French security services had been involved in any investigations before the Charlie Hebdo attack.
