WWF report warns of danger to oceans

World Wide Fund for Nature says overfishing, pollution and acidification threaten multi-trillion-dollar marine resource.

A new report by the World Wide Fund for Nature has assessed the raw economic value of the world’s oceans at almost $2.5 trillion a year

That rivals the wealth of the globe’s richest countries, but it is a resource in danger of collapse.
