Coaches credit rigid training regime based on scientific data and mental training for recent success.

Cycling coaches in Colombia are crediting the country’s recent successes on the international stage to a rigid training regimen and stricter doping tests in Europe.
Training includes developing a cyclist physically and mentally, right down to how they make decision on the road.
Al Jazeera’s Alessandro Rampietti reports from Medellin.
