White children become US school minority
Demographic is now dominated by children of Hispanic origin, who number almost 13 million students.

For the first time in US history, white students are a minority at state schools, a demographic change that is largely down to a rising number of Hispanic students.
Researchers say similar trends are happening across the world and country’s will have to reinvent social policies to reflect the changes.
Al Jazeera’s Andy Gallacher reports from Los Angeles.
