London’s mayor Boris Johnson has spoken out about the possibility of the United Kingdom leaving the European Union. His speech coincided with a report that said London’s economy could still grow if the UK opts out.
The mayor’s speech puts further pressure on Prime Minister David Cameron to take a tougher line on EU reform.
