Russia tells dual nationals to register

Russians with dual nationality will have to declare their foreign passports by October or face prosecution, with human rights groups worried the move was influenced by anti-Western sentiment.

The government says the move, which will effect up to ten million Russians, is necessary to guard against divided loyalties.
