Four years after communal clashes in Kyrgyzstan left hundreds dead, human rights groups say ethnic Uzbeks continue to be marginalised.
Human Rights Watch says a biased legal system has resulted in long sentences for Uzbeks alleged to have been involved in the fighting, with reports of confessions extracted from defendants under torture.
