Hondurans driven to US by gang violence
Many in the murder capital of the world believe a long dangerous journey to the US is better than facing gangs threats.

Every week hundreds of Hondurans fleeing violence and poverty in their own country are deported from the US and Mexico.
More and more children are being arrested as they try to seek asylum.
Al Jazeera’s Monica Villamizar reports from San Pedro Sula – a city with some of the highest crime rates in the world and where children as young as six are being recruited by gangs.
