New-born face uncertain future as parents, eking out existence as refugees, cannot afford to register them.

Lebanon is home to more than three million Syrian refugees, many of whom have been there for as long as three years now.
One of the biggest problems for them is getting legal documentation, especially for new-born babies.
Al Jazeera’s Rula Amin reports from the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon on what is one of the many challenges of refugee existence.
