DRC refugees reluctant to return to homes
Government calls on refugees who fled M23 rebels to return home but few have houses to go back to.

The government of the Democratic Republic of Congo has called on people who left their homes because of violence to return to areas now under its control.
Many refugees are reluctant to return to where they came from because their houses have been destroyed by M23 rebels.
