Indonesia’s economic boom fuelling inequality

As Indonesia’s economy grows, so is the gap between rich and the poor.

With elections due in July, the economy is likely to be a key issue for many voters. 

The government admits that the growing divide is a problem that needs to be addressed soon. 

Opposition parties are trying to reach out to poor people, saying they will improve their lives.
