Philippines healthcare plan stirs concerns
Critics say plan to privatise more than 100 hospitals will not work in country with widespread poverty.

Health groups in the Philippines are opposing a government plan to privatise more than 100 hospitals.
They say the scheme will not work in a country where more than 70 percent of the population lives below the poverty line.
