Report says 8,000 babies die every day around the world and mortality rate is 50 times greater in poor countries.

A new study has revealed that 8,000 newborn babies die every day around the world.
The mortality rate in some poor countries remains 50 times that of richer ones.
The report found that half of the deaths of newborns occur in just five countries: India, Nigeria, Pakistan, China and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
