Brazil’s largest city faces water shortage

Brazil’s largest city is facing a water crisis just a month before the start of the football World Cup.

Low rainfall this year means water may have to be rationed in Sao Paulo, which will host the first game of the tournament.

Experts say the city’s main reservoir holds a fraction of the water it could potentially hold and warn it may take 20 years before water levels recover.
