For Central American migrants making their way to the US, riding the rails can be the fastest option, but not necessarily the safest. If they’re caught, their journey north can end very abruptly with them tossed off the moving trains.
Yet many still risk their lives boarding freight trains illegally in hopes of a better life abroad.
