As India’s five-week long general election draws to a close, there are millions of people who were unable to vote.
Election regulations do not allow the casting of ballots anywhere but a voter’s home state. That leaves millions of workers and students living outside their constituencies without a voice in the world’s largest poll.
Many citizens are calling for changes ahead of the country’s next vote in 2019.
