France accused of neglect in Rwandan genocide
Rwandan genocide survivors accuse France of not doing enough to prosecute suspects involved in the killings.

When the massacres began in Rwanda 20 years ago, a French-led humanitarian mission was sent to create a safe zone.
But soon there were claims the French had actually allowed some Rwandan Hutus behind the killings to escape.
Now, genocide survivors say France has dragged its feet over prosecuting people suspected of taking part in the killings.
Al Jazeera’s Nadim Baba reports from Paris.
