UN rights chief meets S Sudan rebel leader

The United Nation’s top human rights official has met with South Sudan’s rebel leader to discuss the recent mass killings in the country.
Navi Pillay held talks with the country’s former Vice President Riek Machar on Tuesday, with Machar promising to investigate allegations of human rights abuses committed by his men.
