Buenos Aires, the Argentinian capital, has a long history of waiting tables, a skill brought to the country by Italian and Spanish immigrants.
The tradition is celebrated in the form of a 3.2km race that sees hundreds of participants compete against each other while carrying a tray filled with drinks.
