Palestinian factions reach agreement
Rival Palestinian leaders have agreed to form a government of technocrats ending years of bloodshed.

Rival Palestinian groups Hamas and Fatah have reached an agreement towards forming a government of technocrats ending years of political division and bloodshed.
Palestianians say they have been continuously disappointed in their respective leaders but hope a change is at hand.
The decision comes at a time when US-led talks between Israelis and Palestinians appear to be failing.
