Activists say supplies running out in Homs
A UN deal that allowed some civilians to leave the besieged city has collapsed, leaving many trapped and short on food.

As Syrian government forces strengthen their hold on Homs, activists are appealing to aid agencies for help in evacuating civilians from the besieged city.
Fighting has intensified in the city as the Syrian Army attempts to remove remaining pockets of resistance.
Many civilians in the area have fled to nearby neighbourhoods due to daily shelling and dwindling supplies.
