International humanitarian organisations have repeatedly warned that the war in Syria is having a huge psychological impact on children.
UNICEF has estimated that up to two million Syrian children need psychological support or treatment.
Many of those who managed to escape the violence to Jordan are getting therapy, with psychological symptoms ranging from suicide attempts to selective mutism and speech impediments.
Al Jazeera’s Nisreen El-Shamayleh reports from Ramtha, Jordan.
