A mass polio vaccine drive is under way in Lebanon after several cases of the disease were confirmed in Syria.

International charity organisation Save the Children estimates that up to 80,000 children are likely to be infected by polio’s most aggressive form, and are silently spreading the disease.

Al Jazeera’s Nisreen El-Shamayleh reports from the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon.
