A severe drought in the country has sent people fleeing into Uganda and South Sudan.

A severe drought in Kenya has left 1.3 million people in urgent need of food.
Conditions are so bad that thirty thousand people have fled to the neighbouring countries of Uganda and South Sudan, and thirty-five thousand children have dropped out of school.
