Kerry visits Seoul amid Koreas tensions
US Secretary of State warns Pyongyang of cancelling planned family reunions with the South.

US Secretary of State John Kerry has met leaders in Seoul, a day after the two Koreas held their highest-level talks in seven years.
Kerry and his South Korean counterpart warned the North against any attempts to postpone planned reunions between families separeted by the Korean War.
