Bolivia declares emergency over floods

Civil defence officials say at least 52,000 families have lost everything they own.

A state of emergency has been declared in Bolivia where devastating floods have affected tens of thousands of people.

In central Bolivia, several bodies are still buried beneath a mudslide that swallowed half a village on Saturday.

Torrential rain is predicted to continue throughout the month.
