Government drops barrel bombs in Syria

Aleppo and Damascus bombed as warring sides set to sit down at negotiating table once again within a week.

The Syrian government has dropped barrels of explosives in Aleppo and Damascus as the warring sides are set to sit down at the negotiating table once again in 10 days time.
 
The first round of peace talks were wrapped up on Friday without any significant breakthrough. 

Meanwhile, there has been no let-up in the fighting on the ground, with new violence on Saturday.
