New measures worry Austria’s Muslims
Community critical of changes in centuries-old laws governing practice of Islam in the European country.

The Austrian government has established a new counselling hotline it says will help combat the radicalisation of Muslim youth. It is also changing centuries-old laws about how Islam can be practised in the country. However, the new restrictions have angered the country’s half a million Muslims.
