Malaysia’s national airline has had to deal with two disasters – which together killed more than 500 people.
The government has stepped in to fix the company, but it has failed to appease the families of the victims who continue to struggle with their loss.
Al Jazeera’s Florence Looi reports from Kuala Lumpur.
