Senegal joins Ebola relief efforts

UN being allowed to use country as a base to supply aid to Ebola-hit nations.

Senegal had previously closed its border with Guinea in response to the Ebola outbreak. However, it is now allowing the United Nations to use the country as a base to supply aid to affected states.

A new airport terminal is also being built in Senegal for planes carrying humanitarian relief.
