Europe eyes robots for manned moon base

Scientists in Netherlands test robotic vehicles to mix lunar concrete and use them for building future base.

Sunday marks 42 years since man last stepped foot on the moon.

Since then, there have been calls for a return mission and even the building of a manned base on the lunar surface.

Now a team of European researchers have come up with a novel way of making that possible.
