Yemen’s Houthis accused of rights violations

Yemen’s Houthi fighters have been accused of human-rights violations during their takeover of the capital, according to a leading organisation.

The US-based Human Rights Watch accused the Shia group of targeting civilians, arbitrary detentions and using civilian buildings during the fighting in September.
