The World Health Organisation says there are not enough resources to safely dispose of Ebola victims’ bodies.
Around 500 trained burial teams are needed to bring the Ebola epidemic under control. But in the three worse-hit countries there are only 140. And many of those doing the difficult and dangerous job are volunteers.
