France’s Hollande might not seek re-election

President Francois Hollande vows not to seek re-election in 2017 if he failed to bring down unemployment.

French President Francois Hollande has suggested that he may not run for re-election if he fails to lower unemployment.

In a live TV appearance on Thursday, Hollande said he would not impose new taxes on anyone next year.

This comes as his popularity appears to have hit an all time low, according to several polls this week.
