Fighting in the Iraqi city of Ramadi has intensified as forces loyal to the Iraqi government try to recapture territory from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
Coalition air attacks have struck numerous ISIL positions in the city, but the Iraqi army and police have failed to gain the upper hand.
Al Jazeera’s Imran Khan reports from Baghdad.
