Bolivia’s Morales poised to win third term

Opponents of Evo Morales say his bid to remain in power is unconstitutional, as polls tilt in the incumbent’s favour.

Bolivia will elect its new president this coming weekend, and incumbent Evo Morales hopes to win a third term.

The polls are in his favour but his opponents say his bid to remain in power is unconstituional.
