Syrian Kurdish fighters say they are desperately in need of reinforcements to prevent the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) from taking full control of Kobane.
Al Jazeera has been given exclusive access to the Turkish ambulance teams that risk their lives picking up wounded Syrian Kurdish fighters from the border.
Al Jazeera’s Bernard Smith reports from Mursitpinar, on the Turkey-Syria border.
