Nigeria to be declared free of Ebola virus

According to WHO rules, a country can be declared free of Ebola after six weeks without any new cases.

Nigeria could soon follow Senegal in being declared free of Ebola.

The World Health Organisation is expected to make the announcement if no new cases are reported there, although the president has already announced the country is Ebola-free.

However, that will not ease the pain of people who have lost loved ones to the virus.
